I have been teaching third grade at CES since 1999. I graduated from Texas Tech University many years ago. (Go Red Raiders!) I have a lifetime teaching certificate in K-8th grade with a specialization in mathematics.
My husband, Gary and I are the proud parents of two boys and two girls. Grant, Griffin, Callie, and Abby are grown and enjoying life in the real world. Grant is married to his sweet wife, Elizabeth. Together they have given me the two most precious grandsons on earth, Everett and Cooper! I have many hobbies, but my favorite is enjoying sporting events of all kinds. I am an avid sports fan, and I bleed Cowboys blue and Mavericks green. Reading, photography, traveling, and hanging out with my precious family are also high on my list. When I grow up, I'd like to be a professional water skier. :)
I love my job, and consider it a blessing to be a part of the CES family. I am convinced that CES has the best students and parents in the whole world! I am passionate about teaching, and it is my hope and joy to create a classroom that is engaging, stimulating, challenging, and fun!
