Hello, My name is Coach Brent Fee, and I am eager to get to know each student and work closely with each and every parent!  This will be my 12th year teaching and coaching.  I am certified 4-12 Composite Science with a heavy background in Biology.  I am also K-12 P.E. certified.

I have been married to my best friend and high school sweetheart, Jen, for 11 years and we have a beautiful 6 year old daughter, Lizzy, and 16 month old twins Liam and Landry to our family.  We also have 2 dogs, and 3 cats.  We enjoy anything outdoors.

I am teaching Pre-Athletics,a course that is designed to prepare your son for their athletic career.  I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to ready the athletes of GCISD for the highest levels of competition.  I have a passion for all sports, and will be coaching Football, Cross Country and Track & Field.

I went to high school in small town USA, Bowie, TX. Then went on to Tarleton State University where I played a little football while I was going to school and graduated with a degree in Exercise & Sports Studies and a minor in Biology.  My fondest memories of my years in school were putting on the jersey to represent my high school, coaches, parents, and hometown, then going to battle with all of my friends, as well as running at many track meets.

I owe all of my dedication to teaching and coaching from all of my teachers and coaches throughout my education.  I may not have remembered each test that was given, but at the end of the year, I knew that teacher or coach cared for me like I was one of their own, and I hope to give that back now as I have followed in many of their footsteps.

I'm jumping on board with the LEAD 2021 theme, I can assure each and every person will be in a safe learning environment, which in turn will foster a community of learning where every student is held accountable.  In addition to accountability, students will be engaging each other and have a chance to see challenges at a rigorous pace seen all the way through to a meaningful end.

Each student will be pushed to achieve the maximum potential in and outside of class through the development of the body as well as the mind.  One thing I believe our students in today's world need to be able to do is question the norm, and step outside of where everyone feels comfortable in order to gain new perspective.

Please check back as I update information every week.  Thanks for stopping by!  Here's to a great year!!!
