Students may not participate in any way without all paperwork on file.

This includes the forms for:
Physical Examination

Extra/Co-Curricular Activity Honor Pledge

Acknowledgement of UIL Rules

Parent and Student Agreement/Acknowledgement form of Anabolic Steroid Use

Concussion Acknowledgement Form

These may be turned between April 26th and the end of the current school year or

bring these signed forms to registration in August!
