    Kindergarten Teacher
    Conference Period: 1:05-1:55

Bachelor's of Science in Early Childhood Education from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX
I taught Kindergarten for 6 years at Johnson Elementary in Southlake, TX and was a permanent sub for the first year in all the grade levels. I was team leader and involved in mentoring programs helping other students. I coached golf at the senior high in the afternoons.
I believe all students can learn and grow and it is my job to push them and help them become the best version of themselves academically and behaviorally. It is important to me that students are given the opportunity to learn in an environment where he/she feels love and is encouraged and able to take risks.  I also believe it is very important to teach our children respect so they can grow and thrive in the world as they grow older.
    Hobbies and Interests
I love being with family and friends as much as possible. My two dogs keep our family busy as well as all the activities that my own two kids are involved in. I love to travel, play golf, draw, paint, sing, volunteer at my church and school, and help others in any way I can.
