PRESCHOOL ARTICULATION AND LANGUAGE SERVICES (PALS)
PALS is a GCISD special services preschool program for children with moderate to severe articulation/phonological disorders. It is run by a Speech-Language Pathologist and a paraprofessional. There are two PALS classes: Class 1, M-F 7:40-9:40 am and Class 2, M/W 10:00-12:00. Class 1 participates with PreK for one hour each morning, so students must be turn 4 years old by Sept. 1. Class 2 is for students who are 3 years old or do not turn 4 by Sept 1. For more information about the PALS program, contact Christi Spencer at ChildFind for GCISD at 817-251-5488. My name is Stacey Moore and I have been a speech-language pathologist for 18 years, and in Grapevine-Colleyville ISD for 11 years. This is my second year in the PALS program and I absolutely love it! I got my undergraduate degree at TCU and my graduate degree at Baylor. I am married and have two children, my daughter is a freshman in high school this year, and my son is in fourth grade. I enjoy being outdoors, going to the lake, reading, and traveling.
