Mrs. Angelina Curtis
Born and raised in Arlington, TX and alumni from Arlington Bowie where I played volleyball and softball all 4 years. After high school I attended Sterling College in Kansas to continue playing both volleyball and softball where I was a 4 year starter. Once I graduated college I went overseas to play semi professional softball for the Friesing Grizzles in Germany. There I began to learn another language, teach english to the schools near by and embrace the culture. As I returned back to the states I volunteered as a youth softball coach for the CGSA.
I began my teaching career at Advantage Academy in Grand Prairie, TX. I was an elementary PE teacher and coached Volleyball, basketball for middle and softball for the high school. After 2 years there I became the head softball coach at Westlake Academy for a season where we finished 2nd in the TCAF State. In 2013 I left there to become an assistant at Coppell High School. I coached both volleyball and softball for 2 seasons and became a varsity assistant softball in 2015 while teaching partners PE and aerobics for 9-12 grade. I have been in the classroom for the past 6 years and I absolutely love what I do.
My husband Tony and I have lived in Colleyville for 10 years and we have 3 amazingly beautiful daughters that are very active and keep us on our toes! I am excited to be apart of the Mustang family and can't wait for you to be apart of mine! I will also be coaching volleyball and I am the head softball coach for the lady Mustangs.
