6th Grade Parents

Immunization Alert!

All students entering 7th grade in the fall will need to have Tdap, Meningococcal, and second Varicella (chicken pox) vaccines in order to start school. Students who have already received the required immunizations should bring a copy showing proof of vaccinations to the Nurse by June 1.

Vaccine supplies often run low during the summer months and just before school begins, so please take your child to your family physician or the Health Department as soon as possible.
