Step one: Choose a book from the AP Reading List that you have not been assigned for school at any level.  You must choose a novel, not a play.  

 

Step two: Read and annotate the novel according the annotation guide.  The annotations will be worth half of your test grade. 

 

Step three: We will complete a timed write in class over your novel on the dates listed below.  This essay will be the other half of your test grade.  You may use your novel on the essay and the novel will be turned in on that day so the annotations can be checked.
