8 CHHS students competed in the District DECA Competition on Saturday. 6 have qualified for State DECA in various marketing contests. Those students who won are:

Saara Sayani and Paige Nechamkin in Marketing Communication
Sarah Kingeter and Devon Nalley won district in the Marketing Communication Team Decision Making Event and qualified for state competition. The District 7 DECA competition was held at Frisco High School on January 18th. The State DECA competition will be held in Dallas from February 20-22.Culinary Restaurant ProjectThe students displayed creativity, culinary experienceand had put a lot of thought into their restaurant.
