    To be eligible to take Dual Credit during the 2017-18 school year, students from the class of 2018 and 2019 must have attended a mandatory meeting (offered in February 2017) with a parent or guardian, submitted a commitment form, and passed the Texas Success Initiative assessment (TSI-A) or have sent official SAT or ACT scores to TCC NE Campus showing they were exempt from taking the TSI.   Dual Mandatory Meeting PowerPoint-2/2017 

    *To be exempt from taking the TSI-A test a student must have an SAT score with a minimum of 480 on the Reading/Writing section OR an ACT score of 19 (minimum) on the English section with a 23 Composite score.  Students who are exempt from taking the TSI must order their official SAT or ACT score report from their College Board or ACT to be sent directly to the TCC North East Campus.   

    Students do not need to go to TCC to register for their 2017-18 Dual class(es). GHS will give TCC official transcripts and signed Early High School College forms for all 2017-18 Dual students.  

    Payment for fall semester Dual Credit tuition is due by Monday, August 21st.  Payment can be made online through the student's TCC WebAdvisor account or in person at any TCC Business Services Office.  Payment plans can be set up through the TCC Business Services Office.  They can be reached at 817-515-4PAY(4729).  Students who qualify for free/reduced lunch can apply for a TCC reimbursement grant once making payment to TCC and completing a FAFSA form.  Please contact your school counselor in August if you would like more information on the reimbursement grant.  TCC Business Services Fall Flyer
