• The CDC recommends that your child gets at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous exercise DAILY. They also recommend that adults get 150 minutes per week. Your child receives 50 minutes of P.E. every other day, which leaves them with days for you to be active with them after school hours!

    FitnessForce is just another great way to keep our bodies healthy!

    We are a fitness and health awareness club that will be working out on Wednesdays from 2:55-3:45 p.m. beginning Wednesday, November 1, 2017.

    All students and families are welcome to join us but kindergarten students MUST have a parent or designated adult present with them AT ALL TIMES. Students must come prepared with weather appropriate clothing and proper footwear!
