Howdy! I was born and raised in north Texas. I always knew I'd choose to teach, and around my sophomore year, I decided on math. While in high school, I was involved in several activities including National Honor Society, German Club, Orchestra, German National Honor Society, and Renaissance Committee, and I graduated Salutatorian.
My NHS days. High School Graduation!
From there, I went on to attend Texas A&M University. WHOOP! Graduating in three and a half years, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics as well as a minor in German. There I was involved in Texas State Teachers Association, Future Aggie Math Educators, and Muster Hosts. I could be found at every home football game or in Blocker taking some crazy math class! I love Texas A&M so much that I decided to go back to earn a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and graduated in May! I'm a third generation Aggie after my grandfather and father before me; I bleed maroon.

This is my fifth year at Colleyville Heritage High School, where I currently sponsor both Junior Class Council and National Honor Society.
January 2009: Excited about my new classroom!
I have a passion for teaching kids math and its importance and relevancy in the real world. Thank you for allowing me to teach your children. Go Panthers!
