Bryanna Currie-MEd
Welcome to my website! I am so excited to have this up and running.
This is my 2nd year at HMS. Previously, I spent 5 years at CTMS teaching 8th grade English. I came to Cross Timbers via Arlington & Mesquite where I taught over 14 years in Dance/PE and English. I have also been the Drill Team director and cheerleader sponsor. I loved teaching with my two sisters, Nancy Cummings-7th grade LA and Beverly Swatzell-6th grade ESL both were at CTMS with me.
I have a BS from the University of Texas at Arlington in Kinesiology and a MEd from Texas Woman's University in Administration and Supervision. This year starts my 20th year of teaching.
Personally, I have been married for over 23 years and I have 2 children. Bryan is a senior at Colleyville Heritage High School and plays Offensive Tackel Guard for the Panther football team. He is 17 and is 6'3" and 300#'s.
Brenna is a 7th grader at HMS and is a competitive gymnast. She is a member of the HMS Dance team.
Usually, when I'm not at school, you will find me at my children's events or spending time with friends. I am married to Bobby and our life together has been quite an adventure.
I love to do puzzles of all kinds, cook and scrapbook. I collect silver charms. I also love to travel and usually take a cruise every year.
