Cardio Club is an after school program for students 3rd - 5th grade, teachers and parents who would like to walk, run or jog to improve or maintain their fitness level. Cardio Club will meet on Monday and Wednesday from 2:45- 3:30 on the soccer field. If the weather is bad on Mondays we will be jumping rope in the gym. On Wednesdays we will have to cancel. We will try to notify you by phone call or email by 2:00 that day. We will begin our spring semester Monday, March 19th. Cardio Club members need to wear tennis shoes and bring a water bottle.
