Girls Fitness Club is about to begin! We will be meeting for 6 weeks during th fall semester. We will be focusing on endurance building, running, walking, and genera fitness. Each meeting will also have a topic that will iclude positive messages about self-esteem, team building and goal setting.
Every girl that is interested will need to fill out the application that was sent home or scan the QR code. Please turn in or fill out the application by October 13 to Coach Lucas or Mrs. Martinez to be considered for this fall session.
**Please take note that the dagts are not weekly. We ask that you look at the dates carefully and evaluate whether your daughter will be able to attend the majority of the dates. ONce they sigh up, we expect them to attend all sessions and let us know if they will miss for any reason.
Please mark the following MONDAY'S on your calendar: Class if rom 2:55-4:15 pm (any student not picked up at 4:15 pm will be sent to KidZu and there wil be a fee charged)
**There will be no Girls Fitness Club on Nov. 13th or 20th
