Classes After Classes (CAC) is a new after school program for middle school students that will provide homework assistance, enhancement classes and supervised activities. WIth a location at each middle school, CAC opens after school and closes at 6:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.

GCISD Board of Trustees meeting
The Grapevine-Colleyville ISD Board of Trustees will meet in its regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Aug. 27 at the GCISD Administration Building, 3051 Ira E. Woods Ave. in Grapevine. Open session begins at 7 p.m. Information: 817-251-5503.

Colleyville Elementary Dedication Celebration
Families, friends and community members of Colleyville Elementary and GCISD are invited to a ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony for the new CES school site. GCISD voters approved the building of a new CES campus as part of the 2005 Bond program. The celebration will begin at 6 p.m. Aug. 30 outside the school at 5911 Pleasant Run Road in Colleyville. Awards and Announcements

Season tickets for varsity football on sale
Season ticket sales for Colleyville Heritage and Grapevine High varsity football games are now on sale to the public. Tickets may be purchased at the GCISD Swim Center, 2305 Pool Road. The five-game packet for each school is $40. In addition, both high schools will have general admission tickets available for sale the week of each game. Information: 817-251- 5641.
