Immunization clinic set in February for high school students
The
Tarrant County Public Health Department will be holding an immunization
clinic at both Colleyville Heritage and Grapevine High School campuses
from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 29. In addition to State
required vaccines they will also be offering the Meningococcal,
HPV and Hepatitis A vaccines.
The
cost for the immunizations is $14 for one or $20 for two or more.
If you are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity, please
contact your high school nurse so the paperwork can be sent home.
Permission slips and payment for the vaccines must be received no
later than Monday, Feb. 25.
