Parent Teacher
Association (PTA) provides many services for students and teachers
at Colleyville Middle School. We support school activities, serve
as a communications link between school and home, and contribute
funds for items that otherwise would not be available to our students.

VOLUNTEER
FORM AND TRAINING
The GCISD requires us to have all who intend to volunteer
complete a background check. The form for this background
check can be found
here, and mailed back to the district at the address on the
bottom of the form. Additionally, volunteer training is
required for our campus. This training is necessary for
anyone who has not completed it in the last 3 years. You may
view the volunteer training video in the school library.
After viewing the video, please obtain the Volunteer Agreement
from the school office, sign it, and leave it with the office
personnel.
