Parents, Grandparents, and Friends,
We would like to invite you to participate in a wonderful opportunity for our school! Through the Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation, there is an endowment set up in the name of Dove Elementary. When we reach the minimum endowment level of $10,000, our school will receive the interest from this investment each year! Last year Timberline Elementary and Cannon Elementary were able to reach their goals of $10,000 and we feel that we can do this as well.
You may donate at any point during the year to the Education Foundation in the name of Dove's Endowment. This is a great way to make a lasting impact on our school and to leave a legacy of learning. This would be a fantastic way for grandparents to honor their grandchildren as well. If you have an employer who will match your giving, this would be a great way to fund our program! The Education Foundation is a 501C 3 organization and all contributions are tax deductible.
We will be offering opportunities throughout the year for you to contribute and hope to have parents with fundraising talents join us in our efforts. We can call upon our community supporters and find businesses willing to donate as well.
Together, we can make this endowment an honor for our school and a residual way for providing additional quality in our instructional practices.
