The HES Student Council is made up of 4th and 5th grade students who choose to join. Their primary goal is to serve others in the community as well as our student body at HES.
Some of their projects have been:
- Donating clothing and books to children in need in Grapevine
- Donations to Grace
- Habitat for Humanity
- Donations to Metroport Humane Society & Animal Control
- Partners in Excellence Breakfast
- Kids Helping Kids
- Donating to training of service animals for the handicapped
- Donating 2000 books to Cook Children's Pint Size Library
- Donating 400 videos to Cook Children's Hospital
