Fit Feet

Fit Feet is an after school program for students 2nd ­5th grade and parents who would like to walk, jog or run to improve their fitness level. Fit Feet has been in existence for 17 years.

Fit Feet meets on Mondays and Wednesdays on the soccer field immediately after school from 3:00 to 3:25. Parents are responsible for picking up students at 3:30. If your child is not picked up by 3:40, they will be sent to the Kidz U Day Care program for which there is a charge. Please be prompt in picking up your child from Fit Feet in the primary drive.

Fit Feet will not be held the last Wednesday of each month due to required faculty meetings.

Participation awards will be given out as students accumulate miles. Attendance is very important to achieve personal goals. Students who miss more than two weeks in succession will be dismissed due to lack of participation. Appropriate behavior is also expected. Students should be on the field participating at all times. Please discuss the guidelines with your child and return the permission slip to Ms. Leach.

In case of bad weather or poor field conditions Fit Feet will be canceled. Parents will be emailed and students will be allowed to notify parents by phone. You may also contact the school office at 817-251-5770, ext. 3956.
