"Health is the first wealth." --Ralph Waldo Emerson
You have to decide that fitness is important to you before you can build it into your lifestyle. You must make a commitment and be dedicated to sticking with the program. Success in life requires creatively striking a balance between your physical fitness and your mental well-being. Total health cannot exist unless you feel good both mentally and physically. Fitness is very personal. What's fit for your friend may not necessarily be fit for you. Factors over which you have no control (age, sex, heredity) all affect fitness . You can improve the quality of your life by changing your personal habits, exercise routine, and eating behaviors. So make a plan, stick with it and be fit for life.
