| The mission of the VISTA Alternative Campus is to maintain a safe, respectful environment in which students are provided encouragement and support through quality education that promotes opportunities for success in achieving students’ educational and personal goals. |

| Statement of Purpose |
VISTA is a short-term disciplinary alternative education campus for GCISD students who are in violation of the GICSD Code of Conduct and/or the Texas Education Code.
Students are placed at VISTA in either the elementary, middle, or high school program. |
