This is my eighth year at Heritage, and I'm proud to be a Bronco! This year marks the twentieth year anniversary of Heritage Middle School. We look to continue to build upon the proud traditions that are the hallmark of HMS. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with many talented and dedicated educators throughout my career as a teacher, coach, assistant principal and principal at both the middle school and high school levels. I look at each day as an opportunity to learn new things and meet new people. I look forward working in partnership with you as we Build Excellent Schools Together!
I am a native Texan, having been born and raised in Arlington. I graduated from Arlington Bowie High School, received my bachelor's degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and my master's degree from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. I have been married to my wonderful wife, Shera, for twenty-six years and are blessed with two beautiful children. My daughter, Ashley, works as a Speech Pathologist assistant in the area. My son, Paul, is a student at Abilene Christian University.
