Education
I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Family Relations and Child Development. I graduated from The University of Memphis with a Master of Science Degree in Community Agency Counseling and with an Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S) in School Counseling. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
Experience
I began my work as a counselor twelve years ago. I started working for Professional Counseling Services in Covington, Tennessee. I became the Director and Counselor for a grant funded program that provided free counseling to every child and family that came through the Department of Children's Services due to abuse or neglect. While working at PCS, I decided to go back to school and get my Education Specialist Degree in School Counseling. I began working as a Middle School Counselor at Brighton Middle School in Brighton, Tennessee in 2001. In 2003, I started working as a Middle School Counselor for Cross Timbers Middle School in Grapevine. I then became the Elementary Counselor for Dove Elementary in 2004.
Campus Responsibilities
*Provide classroom guidance in each classroom at least one time per month
*Provide individual and group counseling to students

Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy shopping, reading, and traveling with my friends and family. I especially love spending time with my 8 year old son and my 3 year old daughter!
