CMS Principal David Denning

I am excited to start my fifteenth year in the Grapevine/Colleyville Independent School District. I have had the opportunity to serve eight years at Cross Timbers Middle School as a History Teacher/Coach. I then made the transition into administration where I was blessed to work for five years under Mrs. Thalken at Colleyville Middle School and one year under Tim Hughes at Grapevine Middle School. My goal is to continue the rich tradition at Colleyville Middle School and work together with the staff, parents and students to build towards Intentional Excellence.

I was born and raised in Manhattan, Kansas where I received my Bachelor's Degree from Kansas State University. I earned my Master's Degree from Tarleton State University. I am married to a wonderful wife, Heather, and have two beautiful daughters.
