    Congratulations to the CHHS Panther Cheerleaders! The squad attended Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) Summer Go for the Gold camp at Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, Texas on Saturday, June 4-Tuesday, June 7, 2016.
     
    The squad brought home the following awards:

  • Astronomy Class

    Congratulations to the following students who DISCOVERED SIX ASTEROIDS while in Mrs. Singles' Astronomy class. These space rocks were previously unknown in our solar system and will now be catalogued at Harvard's Minor Planet Center and tracked to verify if they are of any danger to Earth. Great job Ian Harrison, Marshall Turner, Walid Saad, Mike Andi, Gabi Graceffo, Sara Yusuf, and Madi Dettmer!!

    Announcing the PREP Program: Panthers Ready for Extra Practice
    Panthers Ready for Extra Practice, or PREP, offers extended library hours for faculty support, student tutors and a "late bus" leaving CHHS at 6pm with three drop-off locations: Mid-Cities and Hwy 360, Grapevine Middle School and Grapevine Mills Mall area.

  • Backpacks Needed

    New backpacks are needed for more than 1,300 pre-qualified students at GCISD's 5th Annual Back-to-School Fair on August 6. Backpacks for grades K-4th must fit a regular-sized iPad. Backpacks for grades 5th-12th must be able to hold laptops. We appreciate your support!

     

    Donations will be accepted at the GCISD administration building, 3051 Ira E. Woods Ave, Grapevine, Monday-Thursday, between 7:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m.
