DUAL SUMMER CLASSES

Graduating seniors: Summer classes at TCC - If you wish to take a summer class at TCC this summer, you will need a letter from the counseling office in order to register since you will not have a transcript in time.  Come see your counselor to get the letter BEFORE you go to TCC!

Juniors planning to take a Dual class at TCC this summer need to be applying to TCC now. If you expressed interest in summer Dual classes, you should be receiving directions on what you need to do from Mrs. McWhorter by today. Come by the counseling office if you have questions.

Attention Seniors and Juniors: TCC will be here on April 17th to give information about and applications for their Honors program, Cornerstone. They will be in the lecture hall from 12:00 to 2:00. If you are thinking about attending TCC or don’t yet have a plan for after graduation, come by and get information about their program and scholarship information.

The event will be considered a Freshman Orientation Program for all seniors considering TCC in the fall. However, this event is open to all of your students and their families.  Also – a registration site has been created – www.tccd.edu/OpenHouseRSVP.

JOnline / Correspondence Courses

Seniors, it’s time to finish up that correspondence/ online course! If you are counting on a correspondence course as a graduation requirement, you will need to finish the course with final grades in by the end of November or the counselors will be putting that course in your Spring schedule. It might be replacing something you really want, but if it is a graduation requirement, it will be in your schedule. The counselors are available to proctor the final exams. Just put their information in as proctor and the school will contact us. We will contact you when we get the code to schedule your exam.

  FINISH UP your online courses!

for class leveling purposes.  If you are in a yearlong elective course, you will need to stay in that course.
