You've made it to the end of the school year!

English III Students: The final six weeks is here. We will be wrapping up with The Great Gatsby and then turning our attention to a short story unit. Your writing skills will be put to the test as will your ability to multi-task and orgainze. This is a hectic time of year for testing and you will need to stay on top of deadlines and keep up with readings as you are completing TAKS, AP Testing and course obligations that will take you out of the classroom. Monitor our class calendar closely.

English I Students: We will end the year with our novel study of To Kill a Mockingbird. Due to the turmoil of testing, you will need to stay on top of our reading schedule in order to complete the novel alongside your classmates and to be able to participate in our discussions and activities. Watch the class calendar and check in as needed to make sure your are keeping pace.
