Summer Enrichment 2013
 
 

Summer Enrichment registration is ongoing.  Classes are $85 per class during early registration which runs through May 10, 2013.  All classes registered for during the early registration period must be paid in full, including the registration fee by May 10th.  Any classes registered for but not paid by May 10th, will cost the regular class price of $95.

 

Summer Enrichment classes will be offered for grades K-8

in all areas (academic, physical fitness, fine arts).
 
Classes run for one week for 3 hours per day either morning or afternoon.

Classes will be held June 10th- July 19th.

2013 Elementary enrichment art contest winners selected

Two elementary school student artwork pieces were selected to be showcased in the
2013Summer Enrichment brochure. Glenhope's Layton Towery will have his artpiece used for the brochure cover, while Cannon's Colin Jones will have his piece used for the endsheet.
 
The announcement came to a surprise to both boys as family along with school and district staff flooded each students' classroom to share the good news.

A parent of each student who attends GCISD Summer Enrichment or KidzU activities must read the Student/Parent Handbook and submit a signed Acknowledgement form.  Enrichment students will bring home the acknowledgement page for your signature.  Parents of KidzU students are to pick up a form at the sign in /sign out table.  Follow this link to the file.

 Scholarships are available for the Summer Enrichment program.  Applications are available from the Summer Enrichment office at 5800 Colleyville Blvd. or by downloading from the link below.  All applications must be turned into Tim Hughes, Director of Summer Programs, by May 24th.  No EXCEPTIONS.
