Jan. 10, 7 p.m. -  The GHS Counselors will present an informational meeting in the Lecture Hall to help guide parents and students through the process of preparing for high school. Course selections, high school credits, electives, graduation requirements and much more will be discussed. 

 

 

Jan. 27, 7-9 p.m. - Annual PTA sponsored Cotillion kick off.  Cotillion is a 5 week series for 6th graders that teaches proper etiquette in social settings.  Students will be also be taught country western, disco, swing and ballroom dancing and refreshments will be provided.  The Cotillion dates are every Friday through Feb. 24.  Early registration is $50 or $55 at the door.

 

 

The Panther Theatre Dept. will present How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.  Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 27 & 28 and Feb. 2,3 & 4 with additional 2:30 p.m. matinee performance on Jan. 28.  Online ticket sales begin on Jan. 14.

 

 

The GHS Theatre Dept. will present Jekyll and Hyde.  Showtimes are at 7 p.m. on Jan. 27 & 28 and Feb. 3, 4 & 7 and at 2 p.m. on Jan. 29.

 

Jan. 25 - The  PTSA will once again present the Arts in Education program SAC Lunch Music Series which educates and entertains students with a variety of music genres and cultures.  The once monthly program will run through April and performances will take place in the Student Activitiies Center during all lunch periods.
