problems logging in? Check here for some troubleshooting tips.
We’re
sorry you are having problems with Family Access. Below are solutions
to the most common issues and questions.
ERROR
MESSAGE: Invalid Login or Password entered. Please try again.
- Type
the login and password exactly as given to you, including any spaces.
- The
last 3 characters are numbers. We recently discovered that on some Login/Password
letters, the last character of the login was cut off making the "0"
(zero) look like a "C."
- Did
you change your password from the one given to you at enrollment?
- If
you continue to have problems, send an email to skyweb@gcisd.net for
assistance. Include your name, your child(s) names, login, and password.
Also tell us at which campus you enrolled in Family Access.
ERROR
MESSAGE: You do not have access to Web Family Access
- You
must enroll in Family Access. Refer to the GCISD Family Access web page
for instructions.
- If
you have enrolled in Family Access, send an email to skyweb@gcisd.net
for assistance. Include your name, your child(s) names, login, and password.
Also tell us at which campus you enrolled in Family Access.
My
login doesn’t work. It just shows login screen again and erases
my login or password.
- If
you are sure you are typing the correct login and password, you may
have a pop-up blocker installed. The Family Access page opens in a pop-up
window. Refer to the directions for your pop-up blocker software to
find out how to override or disable it.
I
forgot my login or password.
- You
can have this information emailed to you using the “Forgot your
login or password?” link on the Family Access login screen. For
this reason, it is important that you keep your email up-to-date.
- If
Family Access doesn’t recognize your email address, you may need
to go back to the campus at which you enrolled to get your login and/or
password.
- For
security reasons, we cannot give out login and password information
over the phone or in email.
My
email address is incorrect.
- You
can correct the email address for the logged in person only by clicking
on the Account Info button on the upper-right corner of the Family Access
screen.
I
need to make corrections to my address, phone numbers, or emergency contacts.
- All
corrections need to be given to the campus(es) for your child(ren).
Do not send changes to the Family Access email.
